I'm in the same boat that you are, but ever since yesterday, I decided to re-prioritize my life.  I will now wake up at 6am, work hardcore, and reserve the evenings for friends and fam.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What keeps me motivated?  It's all internal, self-motivation.
